Returns– Please contact our Customer Service Team for approval and in advance of returning of any goods. We shall need to know some details from you, including:
Why the goods are being returned.
- Unwanted goods may be returned within 7-days so long as they are undamaged, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Special orders and bespoke items are not returnable.
- Faulty goods may be returned for free repair if covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Automatic exchange is dependent on age, circumstances and manufacturers’ policies. Please check with us first.
Date of supply, invoice number or proof of purchase. However, we may well be able to provide this for you, from our records.
